Job Title: Creative Director (Atinudah Concepts)

The Role in a Nutshell

• You will be the creative leader overseeing all our output. This is a role for a builder—of ideas, teams, and unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Set the Vision: Define and drive the creative direction for all projects.
• Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and creators.
• Oversee Execution: Ensure top-tier quality across all deliverables—from logos and social content to large-scale event environments.
• Collaborate & Present: Work with internal teams and clients to turn strategy into stunning creative work.

What You'll Need

• Experience: 5-7 years in creative direction or art direction.
• Portfolio:A killer one that shows range (branding, motion, events).
• Skills:Mastery of Adobe Suite, Figma/Sketch; excellent leadership and communication.
• Mindset:A balance of big creative ideas and practical execution discipline.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in experiential marketing, video production, or crafting campaigns for the African market.
