What we are looking for
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead Casava’s brand and communication efforts.
You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while strengthening our brand presence across digital and offline channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft messaging that resonates with our diverse audiences, communicates our value, and positions Casava as the go-to provider of digital insurance.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for;
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans that align with business goals.
Drive awareness and demand generation for Casava’s products across multiple channels (email, content, digital, PR, partnerships).
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of paid media, SEO, SEM, and growth campaigns.
Brand & Communication:
Define Casava’s brand tone, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints.
Craft compelling narratives that communicate our mission and impact in simple and relatable ways.
Manage external communications, including PR, media relations, press releases, and interviews.
Content & Community Management:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content—blog posts, newsletters, video, and social media—that educates and engages target audiences.
Build and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and gather feedback.
Product Marketing:
Work closely with product and tech teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and value propositions.
Customer Insights & Analytics:
Conduct market research and customer feedback loops to inform campaigns and strategy.
Track key performance metrics across campaigns; report on ROI and recommend optimizations.
Team & Agency Management:
Manage marketing team members, freelancers, and external agencies as required.
Set clear KPIs and ensure timely execution of deliverables across all marketing initiatives.
