Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
• Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and complaints promptly, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
• Manage correspondence, mail distribution, and office supplies to support daily administrative operations.
• Record, track, and report transactions, guest data, and front desk activities efficiently, escalating key concerns to management when necessary.
• Ensure room data is properly stored and saved in the system.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND certificate.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer Service Excellence:Strong ability to deliver a positive guest experience through courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism.
• Communication Skills:Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management effectively.
• Multitasking & Time Management:Ability to manage calls, guest check-ins, inquiries, without errors.
• Problem-Solving & Complaint Handling:Calm and diplomatic approach in resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Computer Literacy:Proficiency in hotel management systems, Microsoft Office, and email correspondence.
• Attention to Detail:Accuracy in handling guest records, financial transactions, and reservation details.
• Confidentiality & Integrity:Strong sense of discretion in managing sensitive guest information and financial data.
• Organizational Skills:Efficient record keeping, inventory monitoring, and front desk presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously with other departments (Housekeeping, Admin, Accounts, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
