Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist / Head Marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts.
This role involves developing and executing SEO strategies, overseeing content marketing and optimizing all digital channels to drive organic growth, brand awareness, and to maximize conversions and sales.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
Optimize website structure, content, and technical aspects for better search engine visibility.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee content marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Work with content creators to produce high-quality, optimized blog posts, landing pages, and website content.
Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling creatives.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key SEO and marketing performance metrics.
Use data insights to refine strategies and improve marketing ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to align marketing efforts.
Communicate progress and strategy to management.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and growth strategy.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Experience with paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent content strategy and keyword research skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
Skills:
Keyword Research & Strategy: Ability to identify high-value keywords and create content strategies around them.
On-Page Optimization: Expertise in meta tags, title tags, image optimization, and internal linking.
Technical SEO: Knowledge of site structure, schema markup, sitemaps, crawl budget, and page speed optimization.
Off-Page SEO: Link building, guest posting, and digital PR to improve domain authority.
SEO Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
Local SEO: Optimization for Google My Business, local citations, and local keyword targeting.
