Job Description

• We are seeking a highly professional and reliable Executive Chauffeur to provide dedicated driving services to a Senior Manager.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns, with a focus on safety, punctuality, and discretion.
• The position requires an individual with excellent driving skills, possession of a valid LASDRI certificate and Drivers' license, a neat appearance, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the assigned Senior Manager to and from destinations as required, ensuring punctuality at all times.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent operating condition – regular servicing, cleanliness (interior and exterior), and fuel management.
• Plan routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip, taking traffic and weather conditions into account.
• Display professional conduct and uphold confidentiality regarding all discussions and activities involving the manager.
• Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Handle occasional errands or tasks as requested by the manager.
• Keep a log of daily trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
• Be available for extended working hours when necessary (within agreed limits).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience, preferably as an executive or corporate driver.
• Valid Lagos State Driver’s License and LASDRI Certification.
• Proven knowledge of road networks and traffic patterns in Lagos including:
  • Island: Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah
  • Mainland: Gbagada, Somolu, Ikeja, Ogba, FESTAC, Trade Fair Market, etc.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to No. 7 Jaiyeola Fajobi Street,Oregun, Ikeja as no accomodation or extra transportation stipend will be provided.
• Ability to resume by 6:45 AM daily without delay.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand instructions clearly.
• Neat personal appearance and proper hygiene.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and dependability.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.
• Must not have any criminal or drug-related background.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday – Saturday
• Time: 6:45 AM – 8:00 PM (or earlier if released by the manager, may not work on some Saturdays)
• Leave: Annual leave to coincide with the Senior Manager’s leave schedule.

Remuneration

• Between 110,000 and 130,000 every month.
• Overtime work will be compensated with another time-off to ensure rest.
• Entitlement to annual leave as aligned with the manager's vacation schedule.
• Entitlement to HMO
• Entitlement to 13th month bonus
• Entitlement to annual salary reviews based on good conduct
• Entitlement to non-interest loans once you clock 1 year of service with good conduct. Terms and conditions apply.
