We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Lagos

Summary

• The Content Creator is responsible for developing compelling, high-quality content that amplifies the company’s brand voice, engages audiences, and supports marketing and sales goals.
• This role combines creativity with strategy, producing content that educates, inspires, and drives customer action across digital and offline channels.
• The ideal candidate understands storytelling within the real estate and PropTech space and can translate complex ideas into clear, relatable narratives.

Core Responsibilities
Content Development & Execution:

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
• Translate marketing strategies into storytelling that drives awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across content.

Social Media Management:

• Manage day-to-day content publishing on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube).
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and feedback to refine content direction.
• Support influencer or community engagement initiatives where required.

Brand Storytelling & Campaign Support:

• Develop storylines that highlight property features, customer experiences, and company milestones.
• Support campaigns with copywriting, visuals, and creative concepts that align with brand positioning.
• Ensure alignment between marketing goals and all produced content.

Research & Optimization:

• Conduct keyword and topic research to guide SEO-friendly content.
• Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on PropTech and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the Marketing & Digital Strategy Lead to align on campaign messaging.
• Provide creative support for internal communications, events, and PR activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and videographers when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of content creation experience (preferably in real estate, tech, or lifestyle industries). 
• Demonstrated experience managing brand pages or campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across formats (text, video

Skills / Competencies:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content planning and social media management tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing ability
• SEO knowledge and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Understanding of marketing principles and audience engagement.
