Job Description

• We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team and lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our fintech and investment products.
• The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about building scalable marketing systems that deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and analyze new market opportunities for expansion.
• Optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to improve ROI.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Tech) to execute growth projects.
• Set measurable KPIs and track performance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and communities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years’ experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in fintech or tech).
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
