We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle at Kiitana LLC.
This is a foundational role for a strategic partner and a hands-on builder who is passionate about bringing creative visions to life.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our entire product ecosystem, from physical goods to a growing suite of digital products.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative sensibility, a background in both physical and digital product execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
You will be the central hub for turning ideas into successful, market-ready products, overseeing everything from vendor negotiations to building out customer service systems and driving the social media strategy for our product brands.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Product + Brand Strategy:
Develop and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for all product lines, including fashion, beauty, and digital offerings
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new product opportunities, and creative gaps that align with the Kiitana brand identity
Work directly with the CEO + Creative Director to ensure all products are a seamless extension of the brand's core values and aesthetic
Lead the complete development process for physical products, from initial concept and design collaboration to sourcing, production, and launch
Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with all vendors, factories, and manufacturers to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery
Oversee all project logistics, including visiting locations, inspecting fabrics and materials, and managing quality control to prevent issues
Manage product budgets, optimize costs, and maintain detailed timelines for concurrent product launches
Digital Product Management (Planners, Courses, e-books + More):
Own the entire ideation and execution process for new digital products that serve our community's needs
Collaborate with the Creative Director on design and user experience, and source any necessary vendors or freelancers for development
Run and maintain our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Stan store), overseeing marketing, sales, and post-launch user feedback
Analyze user data and feedback to prioritize updates, new features, and future product iterations
Social Media + Content Strategy:
Develop and execute the social media strategy for Kiitana’s physical product brands, including managing their dedicated social media pages
Stay ahead of social media trends to ideate and facilitate the creation of compelling, on-brand content that speaks to our core audience
Work with the Creative Director and other team members on content execution, driving the overall strategic vision and bringing creative campaign ideas to the table
Operations + Team Collaboration:
Work with our Operations Manager in the design, development, and implementation of operational systems from the ground up, including processes for customer service and order fulfillment
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, Creative Director, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on all project milestones
Develop compelling social launch strategies and content ideas
Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, reporting on sales, customer feedback, and engagement to optimize future launches
What You'll Bring (Qualifications + Skills)
4+ years of experience in product management, development, or production, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or digital creator industries
Demonstrated success launching and managing both physical and digital products from concept to post-launch optimization
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media strategy, with a strong understanding of content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
A strong creative sensibility and deep understanding of influencer-led brands and their communities
Hands-on experience with the entire physical product supply chain, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and quality control management
Experience building operational processes from the ground up (e.g., customer service workflows, fulfillment systems)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, strategic problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and crisis situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and tactfully influence creative and executive stakeholders
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for vendor meetings and site visits.
Content Creator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and organized Content Creator to produce engaging, on-brand content across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, fashion, and beauty, with a proven ability to conceptualize, create, and edit compelling content that enhances brand visibility and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute creative content strategies aligned with Kiitana’s brand identity and product launches.
Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Product teams to translate product stories into visually engaging content.
Manage the end-to-end content production process — from ideation, scripting, and shooting to editing and publishing.
Stay current with social media trends, fashion and beauty industry news, and viral content opportunities.
Engage with audiences across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Analyze content performance metrics and suggest optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
Coordinate with external creators, photographers, and stylists as needed for collaborative campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Excellent visual storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Aesthetic eye for fashion and branding with an understanding of influencer-style content.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience working with influencers or lifestyle brands.
Comfort in front of the camera and the ability to represent the brand authentically.
Basic photography or videography skills (using DSLR or mobile).
