Job Title: Academy Training Coordinator
Location: Lagos

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday inclusive)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Academy Training Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our academy programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating classes, managing communications, and ensuring that participants and facilitators have a seamless training experience.
This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule academy classes in collaboration with facilitators and coaches.
Record live sessions and promptly share recordings with participants.
Communicate effectively with facilitators, coaches, and participants via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Prepare, format, and share reports on training activities, attendance, and impact analysis.
Track and monitor participant attendance across sessions.
Document and maintain impact analysis records.
Schedule meetings, send timely reminders, and follow up on action items.
Issue certificates of participation, including personalizing names on certificates.
Draft, compile, and update training manuals and resource documents.
Manage and update the academy repository, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
Follow up with coaches on signing contracts and fulfilling administrative requirements.
Monitor and follow up on participant and coach payments in line with agreed timelines.
Open and manage virtual internship rooms for participants.
Respond promptly to participants’ queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Send reminders and updates to coaches about upcoming classes.
Support in creating and implementing strategies to improve participant engagement and learning outcomes.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Program Manager or Program Director.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 1 year experience.
Previous experience in training coordination, program management, or administrative support role is a bonus
Strong technical proficiency and ability to use digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp, project management platforms, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage facilitators, coaches, and participants effectively.
Proactive problem solver with a customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
