We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Coordinator (for Garri and Groundnut)

Location: Lekki / Lekki Ikate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet output targets.
• Liaise with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. 
• Track production progress and prepare reports on productivity, downtime, and resource utilization.  
• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards throughout the production process. 
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other departments to resolve production issues
• Assist in capacity planning and workflow optimization to improve efficiency. 
• Maintain production documentation, including work orders, shift reports, and job cards. 
• Support in training and supervising production staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime. 
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / SSCE qualification with 1 - 6 years work experience.
