Job Title: Chief of Staff

About the Role
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the CEO.
This role is designed for a highly proactive, execution-driven professional who can bring structure, alignment, and discipline across all departments at SRS Collection and Stay Series.
The CoS will drive internal performance, support leadership accountability, identify and fix gaps in operations, and oversee the effective rollout of the Stay Series brand.
They will act as the CEO’s “eyes and ears on the ground,” ensuring alignment between vision and execution, streamlining processes, and enabling the CEO to focus on scaling the brand and securing new management opportunities.
Monitor KPIs and departmental deliverables; ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead weekly performance reviews across departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Spa, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.)
Hold department heads accountable for performance, team management, and SOP adherence.
Step in quickly where performance gaps, conflicts, or process breakdowns arise.
Internal Coordination & People Flow:
Ensure seamless communication across the leadership team; facilitate issue escalation and quick resolution.
Monitor internal reporting structures and recommend adjustments for better efficiency.
Review internal communications, guest complaints, escalation logs, and action plans.
Stay Series Rollout & Brand Launch:
Serve as Project Manager for the Stay Series launch – monitor branding, onboarding of properties, training, and guest experience setup.
Ensure Stay Series has fully built out SOPs, operational systems, marketing pipeline, and OTA integrations.
Coordinate with the CEO, Brand Manager, Revenue Manager, and Coordinators to track Stay Series performance weekly.
On-Ground Observations & Real-Time Feedback:
Conduct regular site inspections at all properties to assess SOP implementation, staff conduct, and operational effectiveness.
Provide structured weekly reports to the CEO with corrective action plans.
Follow up with staff on unresolved gaps and ensure closure within specified timelines.
Process Development & Workflow Discipline:
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and underperformance across the organization.
Design and implement internal workflows, performance tracking templates, and reporting systems.
Align operational tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp groups, Zoho, OTAs, Canva) to support structured performance tracking.

Requirements
BSc/BA in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, management consulting, project management, or strategy roles.
Previous experience working closely with a CEO or in high-growth environments is preferred.
Strong leadership, team-building, and process implementation skills.
Experience with hospitality tech tools (PMS, OTA dashboards, Google Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
