Job Title: Human Resources and Administration Manager (HRM / Admin)

Description
The Human Resources and Administration Manager (HRM/Admin) is responsible for leading and executing all Human Resources and facility administration functions within the factory.
This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, productive, and compliant work environment, managing employee relations across large and diverse teams, and overseeing the efficient operation of all administrative services critical to continuous production.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations (HRM):
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the high-volume recruitment process for factory floor staff (permanent and contract), technical roles, and supervisory positions. Develop and refine onboarding programs specific to industrial safety and factory culture.
Industrial Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and internal investigations. Manage union relations and negotiations (if applicable) and ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws, wage regulations, and factory acts.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits administration (including health insurance and pension schemes) for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy for shift work and overtime.
Performance & Development: Implement performance management cycles, manage career development paths for non-exempt staff, and coordinate technical training programs to meet production demands.
Policy Implementation: Develop, communicate, and enforce all HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local industrial practices.
Factory Administration & Operations Support:
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordination: Work closely with the HSE Officer to manage safety training, track compliance metrics, coordinate accident/incident investigations, and ensure the factory environment meets all occupational safety standards.
Facility & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all non-production physical assets, including office spaces, common areas, utilities, waste management, and factory grounds.
Security & Access Control: Manage site security operations, vendor contracts for security personnel, and control employee and visitor access to the facility, particularly restricted production areas.
Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships and performance of administrative service vendors, including catering, cleaning, transportation, and general supplies, ensuring cost efficiency and service reliability.
Logistics & Fleet Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the factory’s non-production vehicle fleet (transportation, maintenance support vehicles).
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Experience Required: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR / Admin experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a large-scale manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
