Description
We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead efforts in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth, open new opportunities, and strengthen our impact.
This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in business development, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations at the highest levels.
What You’ll Do
Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for our products and services.
Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.
Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
Managing existing strategic partnerships with UBEC, ICDL, SUBEB, SUPEC, and the Federal Ministry of Education by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote partnership to clients and other stakeholders.
Establishing new business relationships with potential partners of TINDIP, IDEAS project, Codefunky, Exam Padi, e.t.c. to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners to increase sales opportunities and client loyalty.
Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned partnership opportunities, managing communication and expectations throughout the process
Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, ensuring that all legal and financial terms are favorable to the company.
Stay up to date on industry trends and news, sharing insights with internal stakeholders as appropriate.
Attend relevant conferences and networking events to generate new leads and cultivate relationships.
Prepare detailed reports documenting all aspects of the partnership development process.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record in business development and partnerships (min. 5years).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial awareness and market research ability.
