Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations.
• The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative and able to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
• The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including living/working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Maintain office supplies and place restock orders as needed
• Answering phone calls
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required

Qualification and skills

• Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of office assistant or cleaning experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of the English language
• Excellent organisation and housekeeping skills
• Working knowledge of health and safety standards in their industry
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Salary
N60,000 - N65,000 / Month.
