Job Title: Early Years & Elementary Teacher (Playgroup – Year 6)

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive lessons.
• Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports holistic learning.
• Foster the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.
• Assess and monitor pupils’ progress using a variety of formative and summative methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school leadership to support each child’s growth.
• Integrate play-based and experiential learning strategies in daily classroom activities (especially for Early Years).
• Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 25 years’ relevant work experience.
