Job Summary

• We are is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be friendly, articulate, and passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with phone calls, messages, and online booking inquiries.
• Promote available services and special offers to guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic hotel management software.
• Must be well-groomed, polite, and professional at all times.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
