We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Relationship Manager

Location: Alagbado, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • We are a fast-growing solar energy company based in Lagos, seeking experienced Sales personnel to drive revenue growth through the sales of innovative solar energy solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, particularly with homeowners, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), SMEs, and corporate organizations.
  • Experience in selling technical or engineering-related products and services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠Serve as a lead sales advocate for the Baltai Energy SSN Campaign, targeting over 500,000 homes and businesses across Nigeria.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospects—both individuals and businesses—into buyers of our solar energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients that lead to increased sales conversions and referrals.
  • Develop and manage a reliable lead database and conversion pipeline.
  • Assist potential clients with registration and access to solar financing under the SSN Campaign initiative.
  • Close sales through strategic client engagement and needs-based selling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-installation inquiries, escalations, and customer service support.
  • ⁠Provide continuous feedback from the field to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and client servicing improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and management to ensure client energy needs are fully understood and met.
  • Take full ownership of client/prospect relationships, ensuring a professional and proactive customer experience.
  • ⁠Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies, customer engagement processes, and sales operations.
  • Promote the brand and products via social media, community forums, and relevant awareness platforms.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and internal training to enhance product knowledge and industry awareness.
  • Submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N220,000 per month.
