We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Sales Executive

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Physical

Job Summary

  • The Marketing / Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships for PrintPact’s printing and publication services.
  • The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with solid marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and approach new potential clients for printing and publication services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and job approvals promptly
  • Act as the main contact between clients and the production team to ensure smooth communication

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Generate leads through visits, calls, social media, and referrals
  • Present PrintPact’s services, products, and capabilities professionally to potential clients
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and ensure timely closure of deals

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide feedback to management on changing client needs, industry pricing, and marketing trends
  • Recommend new products or service improvements based on client feedback and market demand

Branding & Promotion:

  • Promote PrintPact’s brand, services, and ongoing offers across online and offline channels
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and client proposals
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, and corporate events when required

Coordination with Production & Accounts:

  • Liaise with the production team to ensure timely execution and delivery of client jobs
  • Confirm all job specifications, approvals, and materials before production begins
  • Follow up on payment collection and ensure proper documentation of all completed jobs
  • Resolve customer complaints or quality issues promptly and professionally

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Keep records of all client contacts, job histories, and follow-ups
  • Maintain a database of prospective and active clients

Strategic Contribution:

  • Suggest new marketing strategies, partnerships, and campaigns to increase visibility and revenue
  • Participate in planning sessions to align marketing goals with company objectives

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 2–10 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Certifications: Relevant marketing or sales certifications are an advantage

Skills and Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and digital marketing tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and printing industry trends
  • Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain client relationships
  • Soft skills: Goal-oriented, persuasive, energetic, confident, and results-driven.

Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly
  • Sales and marketing staff are entitled to commission based on sales performance in addition to their basic salary.
