About the Role

• We are looking for a reliable and organised Canteen Supervisor to manage the daily running of our canteen.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Main Duties

• Oversee the preparation and serving of food.
• Make sure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe.
• Manage stock levels and place food orders
• Organise staff rotas and supervise the canteen team.
• Follow all food hygiene and health & safety rules.
• Deal with any customer queries or issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen or food service role
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Food hygiene certificate is a plus
• Good time management and people skills
• Basic computer knowledge.
