Job Title: Sharwama Cook

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook shawarma, burgers, and sandwiches according to established recipes and portion standards.
• Marinate, grill, and slice meats properly to maintain tenderness and flavor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels; report shortages promptly.
• Ensure timely service and consistency during high-volume orders.
• Follow all food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience preparing shawarma, burgers, and sandwiches in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
• Strong knowledge of grilling, seasoning, and food presentation.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent hygiene practices and understanding of food safety standards.
• Team player with good communication and time-management skills.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
