Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Objective
Your role as Senior Sales Executive is to be responsible for driving Monty Mobile’s Enterprise sales by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generations to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
The position focuses on identifying market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Additionally, it ensures collaboration across internal teams to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s overall business expansion strategy.
Main Tasks
Own the full sales cycle from lead identification and prospecting through to closing and onboarding new enterprise clients.
Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals, ensuring Monty Mobile delivers the best products and features at optimal value.
Prospect and engage target accounts to drive net-new client acquisition.
Identify, qualify, and engage target accounts to drive new client acquisition and build a robust, qualified pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Conduct research to develop a deep understanding of target sectors, markets, and customer needs.
Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals highlighting Monty Mobile’s Enterprise solutions.
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term partnership success.
Provide regular competitor analysis, market studies, and strategic insights to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Generate and qualify leads for the Enterprise business across assigned regions, utilizing channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns or self-registration, guiding low-requirement inquiries to appropriate information resources (e.g., Monty’s websites, FAQs, user guides, APIs docs).
Properly qualify high-potential leads or onboarded accounts and coordinate handovers to regional Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
Draft and provide management with regular reports on sales progress, pipeline health, achievements, and challenges.
Provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and optimize sales outcomes.
Train new sales teams and inside sales representatives on lead generation and qualification processes.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network, represent Monty Mobile’s Enterprise products, and gather market intelligence.
Contribute to the development and execution of a growth strategy focused on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or any relevant role.
Previous experience with Enterprise products, SaaS, CPaaS, SMS is a must.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Excellent business acumen, customer support and market research and analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM.
Proven sales track record.
Demonstrated ability to construct, analyze and deliver new business lines / products.
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
