Job Description

• This role requires a proactive, strategic, and highly organized individual who can seamlessly manage diverse priorities while maintaining efficiency and precision.
• The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role supporting a high-growth business or dynamic executive, with a proven ability to streamline operations, execute with attention to detail, and adapt to evolving needs.
• To be successful in this role, you will need to operate with foresight, anticipating needs before they arise, and confidently contribute to the execution of high-level strategies
• Your role will involve close collaboration with the MD to manage and drive cross-functional initiatives, from branding to marketing and operations.
• A willingness to travel, attend events, and immerse yourself in the brand’s mission is essential. You will play an integral role in supporting business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Project/Task Management: Manage tasks across different projects. This includes following up on pending tasks and deliverables with staff members on the MD’s behalf or managing communications and deadlines.
• Market Research and Analysis: Researching and curation of data across relevant touch points for Business Development and Growth. Effectiveness in researching and finding anything online and in real life.
• Calendar / Time Management: Managing calendar; highlighting the MD’s current priorities and long-term goals so as to schedule meetings in the most effective and productive manner;
• Driving Goals: Collecting and driving a list of key decisions such as things to sign, documents to review, important emails, invitations, deadlines, reminders, etc.
• Shopping and Travel Management: Assist with online shopping and procurement locally and internationally including Travel/hotel bookings and reservations.
• Handling Administrative & Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Proactively taking on tasks that ensure things run smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications,or a related field. However, proven experience in a similar role can outweigh formal education.
• At least 2-3 years as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-growing company
• Experience working in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Experience working with senior-level executives and managing high-pressure environments.
• Project management and demonstrated understanding Business Analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and empathy
• A high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• You're a problem solver, you think strategically about what needs to be done, and you do it.
• You read and listen thoroughly before responding.
• Ability to grow with the organization and take on increased responsibility as earned.
• A proactive, calm demeanour, with a strong work ethic.
• You can be flexible in working with others to accomplish their goal
• Nice to have: Experience taking good pictures with a phone
• Ability to do this job with great focus for at least one year.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
