Reverse Aesthetics Limited is an integrated aesthetic and healthcare clinic established to provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic services. The company engages in the delivery of cosmetic procedures, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments, aimed at enhancing physical appearance and overall wellbeing.The clinic also offers general healthcare services, ensuring the promotion of preventive and curative health management. In addition, Reverse Aesthetics Limited undertakes hair transplant and restoration procedures, as well as dental cosmetic and general dental treatments, utilizing modern technology and professional expertise to ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team.

Job Summary

• Welcome clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments in line with clinic procedures.
• Provide accurate information about the clinic’s services, treatments, and policies.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, representing the clinic’s aesthetic image.
• Assist clients with registration, payments, and pre-/post-treatment instructions.
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with medical, aesthetic, and administrative teams to ensure seamless client flow.
• Update and maintain client records confidentially and accurately.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
• Support promotional campaigns and communicate ongoing offers to clients.
• Uphold the brand’s values of professionalism, empathy, and excellence at all times The Ideal candidate must have/be::
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic customer management software.
• Friendly, patient, and well-presented with a polished corporate appearance.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be proactive, emotionally intelligent, and team-oriented.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
