Job Title: Strategic Procurement Manager - Green Logistics

Job Description
We are looking for a senior Procurement Expert who will lead strategic sourcing for the Green Logistics category, handling relationship with key Transportation and Fleet Suppliers and senior Stakeholders within the organization, ensuring that category strategies are fully implemented at BU/Country level and business objectives achieved.
Responsibilities
Defines and executes the Procurement strategic plan for the categories in scope, across all CCH Geographies;
Leads negotiations of Group & Regional supply Agreements that will result in preferential pricing, terms and conditions, having responsibility for an area of spend critical for its contribution to Company’s financial and sustainability results
Guides and empowers Country Procurement teams by cascading strategy and providing support to deliver category measured targets, SLAs and KPIs;
Manages structured and focused supplier relationship and nurture up-to-date market knowledge in order to:
contribute to the category achievements and business financial and operational goals
deliver the strategy of the category to secure supply and avoid business disruption
boost Innovation and Sustainability solutions for the category
Attends and represents CCH to CEPG audience since the category has been elevated in CEPG and added in the Global Governance of CEPG as a standard independent category;
Analyzes industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify emerging opportunities, boost innovation, minimize risks and protect continuity of supply/service level.
Requirements
University Degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or similar)
Master or MBA is an asset
8-10 years working experience and at least 4 years in Management roles /Procurement at strategic levels.
Proven experience in Global Sourcing: from technical requirements to tender preparation, negotiation and contracting
Working experience in matrix organization and multicultural environment
A strong analytical mindset and business acumen to drive strategic decisions and deliver measurable results.
Proven ability to foster innovation, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build networks and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
High organizational awareness and stakeholder management capabilities, enabling effective collaboration and alignment.
A growth mindset and adaptability to thrive in a remote or matrix environment, influencing category managers through dotted-line relationships
In depth Procurement knowledge (CIPS or other certification)
