OTIC Surveys is a full-service Land Surveying and Digital Map Production company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We offer land/property survey, topographic survey, digital mapping, setting-out survey, as-built survey and route survey services. We produce survey plans, digital maps and engineering survey(topographic survey, as-built, route, etc.) drawings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Survey Equipment – B2B & B2C) - Field Based

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing/Business Development Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of surveying equipment and tools to both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients.
• This is a field-based role; you will be actively visiting companies, construction sites, and engineering firms to market our products, build relationships, and create opportunities for our training team to conduct demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients within the surveying, construction, and engineering industries.
• Promote and sell surveying equipment to both corporate organizations and individual buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments and create opportunities for the company’s training team to carry out equipment demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for product visibility and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• You must reside around the Sangotedo, Lekki, or Chevron axis, or have reliable accommodation within these areas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Must be confident, persuasive, and comfortable working in the field.
• Good understanding of customer relationship management.
