Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Job Brief

• We urgently looking to hire a facility supervisor to oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations, maintenance, and safety.

Job Description

• Supervise daily facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of gym equipment and infrastructure to ensure safety standards are met.
• Liaise with vendors, technicians, and support staff for repairs and maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Support front desk and fitness staff in facility related matters.
• Maintain facility logs and generate regular reports for management.
• Supervise janitorial, technical, and security teams
• Monitor facility performance and implement improvements
• Coordinate facility readiness for classes, events, and promotions
• Create and maintain facility reports and budgets.

Key Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Engineering, facility management or any related fields.
• 5 - 7 years previous experience in facility oversight or maintenance coordination.
• Strong leadership, planning and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and safety standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Proficiency.
