Job Description

• As an Account Strategist, your job is to turn business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
• You’ll oversee campaigns, guide creative direction, and ensure that every post, ad, or email connects to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Lead visibility campaigns from strategy to reporting.
• Translate client goals into content and advertising systems that work.
• Collaborate with the Content and Audiovisual teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement) and recommend optimisations.
• Translate client goals into clear strategies.
• Lead onboarding, brief creative teams, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables meet visibility and ROI targets

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in marketing, digital strategy, or brand communications.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• A systems thinker who can connect creative ideas to business impact.

Non-negotiables:

• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Understands analytics, client management, and timelines.
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and professional.
