The Art Director is responsible for leading the visual direction, aesthetic development, and creative execution of all brand, marketing, and content projects across the organization.
This role bridges conceptual creativity and hands-on design leadership, ensuring all visual outputs align with the brand’s identity, strategy, and communication objectives.
The ideal candidate is a visionary creative professional with strong leadership skills, a refined design eye, and the ability to translate brand strategy into powerful visual experiences across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Visual Strategy:
Develop and articulate the visual language, tone, and style guide for the brand across all platforms (digital, social media, print, video, and events).
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters, and Strategy team to conceptualize and execute compelling campaign ideas and visual narratives.
Oversee design consistency across all creative assets — including logos, graphics, packaging, motion visuals, and marketing materials.
Translate briefs into strong visual concepts that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the brand identity.
Design Leadership & Team Management:
Supervise a team of designers
Assign projects, review deliverables, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
Conduct brainstorming sessions and encourage creative innovation within the team.
Establish and enforce design processes and production workflows to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments including Strategy, Marketing, Production, and Agency teams to ensure creative outputs align with campaign goals.
Collaborate with the Content and Studio teams on set design, visual styling, and brand look-and-feel for video shoots or photoshoots.
Liaise with external vendors, printers, and freelancers to manage outsourced design or production work.
Campaign & Brand Development:
Oversee creative concept development for advertising campaigns, social content, and brand experiences.
Provide art direction for photoshoots, motion graphics, and digital campaigns.
Ensure that every design and visual element reflects the brand’s creative vision, storytelling, and market positioning.
Support new business pitches by developing creative decks, mock-ups, and visual presentations.
Quality Control & Delivery:
Maintain high creative standards and ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Review and approve final artwork, ensuring compliance with brand and technical specifications.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
5–7 years of progressive experience in design, advertising, or creative direction (agency or media industry experience preferred).
Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and design prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and digital aesthetics.
Experience managing a creative team and overseeing full campaign lifecycles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual thinking, and versatility across multiple mediums.
