Boolean Labs Limited, a recruitment agency, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts and Administration Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment logs
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory regulations
• Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions as needed

Administration:

• Oversee office operations, including procurement, logistics, and vendor management
• Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, HR documents, and project records
• Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and travel arrangements
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee documentation
• Ensure timely issuance of reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Reporting & Record Keeping:

• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking project expenses and performance metrics
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of reports that support client value delivery
• Identify gaps in record keeping and implement systems to improve data integrity
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or marketing firm
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulatory requirements

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
