Job Description

• As an Audiovisual Strategist, you’ll be responsible for shaping the look, sound, and feel of Slvr Wlf’s campaigns — from idea to edit.
• You’ll work with strategists and content teams to turn insights into visuals that stop the scroll and spark emotion.
• If you think in frames, soundbites, and story arcs, we’re looking for you.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualise and direct audiovisual campaigns (Reels, ads, client projects).
• Write scripts and visual treatments aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with editors and designers to maintain visual consistency.
• Analyse creative performance to refine future work.
• Own the visual story — plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos that capture attention and keep audiences watching.
• Collaborate with EOs and CAs to ensure every frame reflects brand polish.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in video production, editing, or motion design.
• Working knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Creative eye and storytelling instinct.
• Ability to connect visuals to marketing strategy and audience psychology.

Non-negotiables:

• Strong editing skills (DaVinci, CapCut Pro, or Adobe Suite).
• Eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Punctual with deliveries and proactive about quality.
