We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Mid Level

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• Support data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining BI solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Power BI/Tableau dashboards and automated reports.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover performance trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and technology teams to define KPIs and business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with telecom KPIs and enterprise data environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills.
