Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Engagement Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print and digital projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns and materials.
• Create graphic content, including logos, illustrations, layouts, and branding materials.
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality visuals.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Provide feedback and contribute ideas to enhance design projects.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.
• Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns
• Design visually engaging content for print and digital media
• Produce creative assets for events, including signage, banners, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure designs complement the overall theme and atmosphere of each event
• Manage and enhance our online presence through creative and compelling visuals
• Design graphics for website updates, email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and branding initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and creative projects.
