We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Surprise Planner

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time (On-site)
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 5 days off

Role Overview

• MagikWorld Global Services is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Surprise Planner to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will design and execute unique surprise packages such as flower bouquets, money arrangements, and custom gift boxes.
• This role is perfect for individuals who are artistic, passionate about creativity, and love turning thoughtful ideas into magical experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble personalized gift and surprise packages for various occasions.
• Create elegant flower and money bouquets, gift boxes, and themed arrangements.
• Collaborate with supervisors to understand client preferences and ensure timely delivery.
• Source and organize materials like flowers, ribbons, wrappers, and accessories.
• Maintain high quality and creativity in all designs and final presentations.
• Research new trends in gifting and presentation to enhance customer experiences.
• Ensure workspace organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail in every project.

Requirements

• OND / HND qualifications / B.Sc. Degree in any field (creative or event-related background is an advantage).
• 1 – 2 years of experience in gifting, floral design, or event decoration (preferred).
• Strong creativity and an excellent sense of design and aesthetics.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must reside in Lagos or be willing to stay within company accommodation during duty periods.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
