The Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Ekiti State, is one of the new universities established by the Federal Government in 2011 to ameliorate the problem of access to tertiary education in Nigeria, especially in States lacking Federal University presence. The rationale for establishing the Federal University Oye-Ekiti includes, among others, responsive approach to global academic expectations and excellence; access to quality education; and, to inculcate an attitude for lifelong learning.

Requirements

• A holder of a First Degree of Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other recognized Institution at performance level not below Second-Class Upper Division including NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption Certificate/Exclusion Certificate.
• This is a training post for Graduate Assistant/Graduate Librarian; a Graduate Assistant/Graduate Librarian should pursue a higher Academic Degree.
• Failure to obtain a Master's Degree within a period of three (3) years of employment subject to extension of one (1) year would result in the termination of the appointment of the staff member.
