Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead our operations team, encompassing logistics, customer success, vendor management, facility managementand compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of riders, customer success representatives, and vendor success managers, promoting a culture of discipline and excellence.
Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
Logistics and Operations:
Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Manage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
Tech and Systems:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with operations.
Ensure compliance with tech-related regulations and standards.
Office and Property Management:
Manage office operations, including facilities, maintenance, and security.
Oversee the management of the oxygen plant, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Customer Success:
Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Performance Metrics and Analysis:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in managing teams, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
Proficiency in technology systems and software.
