Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Purpose
To ensure effective and efficient management of warehouse operations including inventory control, loading/offloading supervision, ERP data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to support smooth business operations at the Kano branch.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
Inventory Management: Accurately manage and track stock levels of tyres, lubricants, batteries, inverters, and related products.
Goods Receiving & Dispatch: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and issue goods based on approved requisitions.
Loading/Offloading Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and documentation compliance.
Returns Monitoring: Handle and document all returned goods, verify condition and reasons, and ensure correct processing in the system.
ERP Data Capture: Accurately input all stock movements and transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, returns) into the company’s ERP system daily.
Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily stock and activity reports to the Branch Manager by 8:30 AM.
Invoice & Documentation Management: Maintain copies of all invoices, bills, delivery notes, and supporting documents related to warehouse operations.
Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, well-organized, and in compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
Stock Audits: Conduct periodic physical stock counts, reconcile with ERP records, and resolve discrepancies.
Loss Prevention: Monitor warehouse practices to minimize loss, theft, or damage; report irregularities promptly.
Educational Qualification
Minimum Requirement: National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
Desired/Preferred Requirement: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant discipline
Certifications
Minimum Requirement: Not mandatory
Desired/Preferred Requirement: Certification in inventory/warehouse management (e.g., CIPSMN, NIM)
Work Experience:
Minimum Requirement: Minimum of 3 years in a storekeeping or warehouse role
Desired/Preferred Requirement: 4–5 years in a similar role within the automotive or industrial product sector
Computer Skills:
Minimum Requirement: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook)
Desired/Preferred Requirement: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with inventory/ERP software
ERP Knowledge:
Minimum Requirement: Familiarity with basic ERP systems or inventory management tools
Desired/Preferred Requirement: Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Zoho, Tally, or similar)
Inventory Management:
Minimum Requirement: Ability to manage stock records and daily stock movement
