Job Title: Senior Video Editor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We’re now looking for a Video Editor who can turn ideas, interviews, and campaigns into visually engaging stories that educate and inspire businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Transform raw footage (screen recordings, interviews, animations, webinars, etc.) into clean, engaging stories
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and branding elements in line with 390’s visual identity
• Work closely with the Content and Marketing team to align every video with the campaign message and brand tone
• Maintain a consistent storytelling rhythm across our products and founder’s personal brand (@hi.opemipo)
• Experiment with new formats — reels, typography videos, storytelling cuts, carousels-to-video, etc.
• Ensure all videos meet platform specifications, export standards, and deadlines

Requirements
You Should Have:

• Proven experience editing videos for tech, business, or brand storytelling
• Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• A creative eye for pacing, typography, sound, and visual rhythm
• Basic motion design skills (After Effects, CapCut, or Motion) are a plus
• A sense of narrative — knowing how to guide viewers emotionally and logically
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
