Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Surulere, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as bread, cakes, and pastries, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, and pastries to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Monitor ingredient levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and meet customer demands
• Develop and implement new recipes and products to stay ahead of trends and customer preferences

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• 2+ years of experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment
• Proven experience with baking bread, cakes, and pastries
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
