Job Title: Director of Programs

Location: Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo

Your Mission

• Reporting to the DVC-Academics, you will execute our academic vision by managing the lifecycle of our programs.
• You will ensure every program is competency-based, industry-validated, and technologically enhanced to meet global standards and prepare students for the future of work.

Your Profile

• A seasoned academic leader with deep experience in program management and tech-enhanced instructional design.
• You must have a proven ability to translate academic strategy into operational excellence and hold relevant industry or academic certifications.

Core Requirements:

• Tech-Savvy & Digitally Fluent: You must be proficient in leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. Hands-on experience with enterprise applications (like ERPs, LMS) is essential.
• Global Mindset: You will contribute to an environment that opens global advantages to our students and staff, preparing them for international careers and collaboration.
• Commitment to Global Best Practices: You must have a deep understanding of the standards and experiences obtainable in leading global universities to support our diverse and international student body.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Your expertise will be critical in shaping ourcompetency-based curriculum and fostering the industry engagement that defines our educational model.
• Recognized Industry Certifications: In addition to academic qualifications, relevant professional and industry certifications are required to demonstrate your commitment to applied excellence.
