Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in any field with 4 years experience.
• Must be smart and have extensive HR Generalist experience.
• Must have experience in hiring tech and IT roles.

Skills:

• Excellent recruitment skills.
• Good knowledge of performance management
• Good knowledge of payroll
• Knowledge of labour laws and standard HR practices.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must have excellent written & verbal skills.
• Proximity to Ikeja is an advantage.
