Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy and commercial targets.
• ⁠Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management to support growth.
• Lead organizational development, change management, and capability-building programs.
• ⁠Monitor people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) and provide actionable insights.
• ⁠Deliver leadership development initiatives and strengthen managerial effectiveness.
• ⁠Ensure compliance with labor laws and anticipate regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
