The CVM Career Company - Our Client, a reputable manufacturing company based in Gbagada, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across production, warehousing, and logistics
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet performance targets
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operations management within manufacturing
• Health & Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA awareness)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain and production planning
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
