Job Title: Head of Short Stay

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of ShortStay to build, lead, and scale our portfolio of short-term rental properties.
• This role is a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial acumen.
• You will be responsible for transforming our real estate assets into a profitable, branded, and guest-centric short-term stay business.
• The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on operator, passionate about the intersection of real estate and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the short-term stay division, including market positioning, pricing, and growth targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for expansion.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational processes, including booking management, guest communication, check-in/check-out, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Act as the primary liaison for property owners, investors, and HOA boards, providing regular performance updates and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management, real estate operations, or a leadership role within a short-term rental/vacation rental company.
• Successful record scaling of a short-term rental portfolio and managing a property.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local short-term rental regulations and compliance requirements.
