Job Title: Letting Officer

Description

• ​​Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. is seeking experienced Letting Officers dedicated to delivering superior, personalized service to our clients.
• In this role, you will be the vital link between homeowners and home seekers, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both.
• Your focus will be on minimizing void periods for property owners while providing unwavering support to guide renters to their ideal home—all while upholding our company's high standards and efficient processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Market available residential and commercial properties
• Manage rental enquiries and maintain detailed records of all enquiries
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Carry out lease negotiations
• Conduct pre-tenancy assessments of prospective tenants
• Ensure all documentation on the leasing transaction is duly completed and provided to the parties
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in property letting, customer relationship management, or related fields.

• Strong communication skills particularly good listening skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
