We are seeking an experienced Implementation Officer.
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, offshore development teams, and third-party service providers, ensuring the seamless execution of product development, implementation, and deployment initiatives.
This role involves overseeing implementation activities, conducting competitor research to identify opportunities for product improvement, and ensuring that the company’s digital products are effectively launched and maintained across app stores and other platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in coding, web development, and application deployment, combined with excellent communication and analytical skills to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Implementation:
Act as the main point of contact between the company and offshore development teams.
Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products and services.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical or process issues, and escalate risks where necessary.
Research & Product Improvement:
Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify product gaps, emerging features, and industry trends.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance existing products and services.
Support the product team by documenting research findings and contributing to innovation strategies.
Technical Support & Deployment:
Ensure all products are fully functional, tested, and compliant with company standards prior to deployment.
Manage the uploading, updating, and maintenance of mobile applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Provide technical input on website development, system integrations, and other digital platforms.
Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure smooth handover of completed products to support teams.
General & Ad-Hoc Duties:
Assist in preparing product documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
Support internal teams with technical queries, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product implementation, software development, or technical project management.
Proven hands-on experience with coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar), web development, and mobile app deployment.
Familiarity with Google Play Console and Apple Developer platforms.
Core Skills:
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of web and mobile application frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially with offshore and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
