Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Real Estate Media Specialist to capture the essence of our luxury and lifestyle properties. You are more than just a photographer or videographer; you are a visual storyteller.
• You will be responsible for creating compelling, market-leading content that not only showcases a property's features but also sells a dream and a lifestyle.
• Your work will be the first impression for potential buyers and a critical tool in our marketing arsenal.

Key Responsibilities
Photography:

• Conduct high-quality interior and exterior real estate photography for listing presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
• Expertly use composition, lighting (natural and artificial), and HDR/Flamboyage techniques to present each property in its best light.
• Perform professional photo editing and post-processing to ensure a consistent, polished, and high-end final product.

Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including cinematic property tours, neighborhood highlights, and agent brand videos.
• Create dynamic video tours using a combination of static, gimbal, and drone footage.
• Incorporate music, sound design, color grading, and basic motion graphics to produce emotionally resonant videos.

Collaboration & Workflow:

• Collaborate closely with real estate agents and the marketing team to understand the unique selling points of each property.
• Manage a shooting and editing schedule to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain, manage, and organize all photography and videography equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, with astrong portfolio demonstrating specific experience in real estate.

Technical Proficiency:

• Mastery of DSLR or mirrorless cameras and the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, ISO).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software.
• Experience with gimbals, sliders, and other stabilization gear.
