Job Title: NYSC Quantity Surveyor Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Summary

• Bwosh Advance Limited is seeking an enthusiatic and detial-oriented Nysc intern to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor.
• This role offers hands-on experience in cost estimation , project evaluation, and contract administration withing a dynamic poject management and Interior environment.
• This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite and 3 day work from home)

Reponsiblities

• Support in preparing cost estimation, BoQ and tender documents
• Support the monitoring of project, cost control and reporting.
• Conduct sit visits and measurements under supervision.
• Provid support in contract administration and documentation.
• Perform other related task as assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
• Must be current NYSC corp membr posted to Lagos.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Ms Office and baic knoweldge of QS sofwares is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
