As the Product Marketing & Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our app’s go-to-market strategy and brand presence from concept to launch.
You’ll blend creativity, strategic marketing, and storytelling to build strong brand affinity and product adoption.
From identifying user insights to crafting compelling campaigns, you’ll ensure every touchpoint — advertising, social media, partnerships, and product experience — reflects our mission to inspire and advance careers.

Key Responsibilities
As our Product Marketing & Brand Manager, you will:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and brand positioning for the Pathfinder job search app.
Define and manage the product’s value proposition, messaging, and storytelling framework across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align marketing strategies with user needs and app features.
Plan and lead creative launch campaigns, digital storytelling, and brand communications.
Oversee the creation of marketing assets — including videos, visuals, ads, landing pages, and email content.
Conceptualize and produce short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product positioning and creative direction.
Manage influencer, partnership, and community campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
Track campaign performance (CTR, CAC, engagement, conversions) and optimize for growth.
Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and content libraries for internal and external use.
Work closely with designers, videographers, and creative partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
4 – 6+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or creative strategy—preferably within tech, lifestyle, or digital product brands.
Proven experience launching or scaling a digital product or mobile app.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to drive user engagement through creative campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
Working knowledge of digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign results to refine marketing efforts.
Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines remotely.
Deep understanding of African professional audiences, career aspirations, and market dynamics.

Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Collaboration: Figma, Canva Pro
Project Management: Notion, Asana, ClickUp
File Management: Google Drive or Dropbox

Salary
N350,000 / month.
