However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019. Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director and top management team.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, handle confidential information, coordinate schedules, and improve the executive office’s productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Track and follow up on directives, deadlines, and deliverables from management meetings.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence.
• Manage official communication and document organization (physical and digital).
• Provide administrative support for operations, HR, and financial tasks as required.
• Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Conduct research, data entry, and basic analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a reliable liaison between departments and management.
• Monitor operational tasks and support execution across departments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 1 – 2+ years experience in administrative support or executive assistance.
• Experience in operations, HR assistance, or data analysis is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Basic accounting / auditing understanding is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
