Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
The role requires a result-oriented professional with strong selling, communication, and digital marketing skills to promote company products and services while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and convert prospects into paying customers.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and timely feedback to management.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness strategies.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Assist with digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content promotion.
Participate in trade fairs, product activations, and marketing events.
Support brand communication and product positioning activities.
Provide innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and market penetration strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, Technology, or Service Industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
Experience with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
